Mazgaon dock shipbuilders has touched a key milestone in the project17a as the shipyard has laid the keel of the third advanced stealth frigates that are being built for the indian navy the modi government had authorized the construction of seven advanced stealth frigates under the project 17a in february 2015 at 6.3 billion dollars
