President Trump campaign ad targets Indian-Americans, releases video featuring Prime Minister Modi
The American Presidential election is around the corner and both the parties are aiming to pander and woo the massive chunk of the Indian-American voters.
The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump has released a video commercial as a part of his election campaign. In the commercial, the President has included the video bytes and short clips of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his speeches. The video commercial also included his speech when he visited Ahmedabad earlier this year.
Earlier in February, before the coronavirus pandemic broke out in India, President Trump visited Ahmedabad where he and Prime Minister Modi addressed a huge crowd. The President was accompanied by the first lady Melania, daughter Ivanka and also son-in-law Jared Kushner. The national chair of Trump Victory Finance Committee, Kimberly Guilfoyle, said,

The 107-second video that was released has the title ‘Four More Years’ has the iconic footage of Modi and Trump walking hand in hand at the NRG Stadium in Houston last year. The visit of Prime Minister to America saw two world’s largest democracies address over 50,000 people of Indian origin Americans.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been a popular face among the Indian-Americans staying in America. He also has an appeal that can attract crowds. In his two address, at Madison Square Garden in 2015 and at Silicon Valley in 2017, attracted over 20,000 people.
This made the Prime Minister the most popular foreign leader on American soil currently. In the commercial video, President Trump said,
“America loves India. America respects India. And America will always be a faithful and loyal friend to the Indian people.”
